Scope have launched their policy thinkpiece, Individualism versus Collectivism in Care at the Assembly today, 08/05/2012.
This report addresses the issue of direct payments and how they can be better managed through co-operative and mutual structures. The report addresses the Assembly Government’s wish to see more people with disabilities accessing personal budgets and their wish to create uniquely Welsh solutions to any problems thrown up by this agenda.
