David trained as a Dorchester chef; Directed the first EC funded Wales Anti-Poverty Programme; Pioneered Community Law Centres, Home Care and Repair, local Co-op Development Agencies in Wales, Social Co-operatives, Welsh Food Alliance and Wales Progressive Co-operators.
